Transferring Out of SIU | Center for International Education | SIU

Admitted but not attending SIU - see here for information regarding how to transfer your immigration record to another U.S. institution if you have an I20 from SIU but plan to attend another school

Currently enrolled or conducting OPT - see here if you are currently enrolled at SIU or conducting OPT and need to transfer your immigration record to another institution. You will also need an admission letter from the new school. It should be on letterhead, listing the start date of your new program, and show that you are fully admitted.
