A J-1 Exchange Visitor (EV) may be able to be accompanied by their dependents (spouse and/or children) in some cases. All J-2 Dependents are subject to the same rules and regulations as the J-1 EV.
A J-2 EV may request employment authorization through CIE
J2 EV's must submit the mandatory insurance to CIE
